Mr.
"“Learning Without Limits: My Journey to Leadership with IGNOU”"
My name is Hari Shanker Bhagaur, and I take immense pride in being a lifelong learner associated with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). My journey with IGNOU has been both transformative and deeply enriching, shaping not only my academic growth but also my professional identity.
I began my academic association with IGNOU by enrolling in the CPDT programme at the Regional Centre, Hyderabad. Under the able guidance of Dr. Raju Bolla, Regional Director, I gained a strong foundation that proved instrumental in my professional development. The programme enhanced my perspective, skills, and confidence, motivating me to continue my academic pursuits.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, I further completed multiple programmes from IGNOU, including MAPC, PGDSLM, and CTRBS. Each of these courses added significant value to my knowledge base and professional capabilities. At present, I am pursuing the MADE programme, continuing my journey of lifelong learning with the same dedication and enthusiasm.
Today, I am serving as the Principal of a Navodaya Vidyalaya in Rajasthan. I firmly believe that IGNOU has played a pivotal role in shaping my career and enabling me to achieve this position. The university’s flexible learning system, learner-centric approach, comprehensive study materials, and strong academic support have made it possible for me to balance my professional responsibilities while advancing my education.
My journey with IGNOU stands as a testament to the power of determination, continuous learning, and the opportunities that open and distance education can provide. I feel extremely proud to be associated with IGNOU and to be part of its vibrant learner community.
