He highlights that the programme provided him with comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory frameworks, and food laws, enabling him to build a strong technical foundation. He also developed enhanced analytical skills, particularly in evaluating food products in accordance with BIS standards, which helped him maintain higher quality benchmarks in his professional work. He notes that one of the most impactful outcomes of the programme was the significant improvement in his auditing capabilities. He acquired strong skills in conducting food safety audits, especially in HACCP systems, allowing him to identify risks effectively, implement corrective measures, and contribute to robust quality management systems within his organization. In addition to technical expertise, he emphasizes that the programme boosted his confidence in handling routine quality assurance and production-related responsibilities.
